Our manufacturing facilities are fully licensed. Our
grid pricing includes the basic DVD royalties. However, depending on the features
you use on your DVD, additional royalties may apply. Please review our

Intellectual Property Rights Form,
and Indemnification Letter is required

Double Sided DVD Discs (DVD-10)
A one layer two sided disc is a DVD-10. The capacity of a DVD-10 disc is 9.4GB
(4.7GB per side.) A DVD-10 is considered a "dated" format. Few new
titles are published in this format. Business Replication no longer produces DVD-10
discs. For better consumer acceptance, we strongly recommend either a single DVD-9
or two DVD-5 discs.
